  • Is streaming really cheaper than cable TV in the long run?
    Yes it can definitely save you money. With streaming, you can choose what you want to watch and pay for only that. Cable gives you hundreds of stations and you may only watch 3 of them. Even if you had to purchase a subscription for each of the 3 you view, you are still way ahead with streaming. 
  • What equipment do I need to cancel cable and start streaming?
    A very common question—many are unsure if they need a smart TV, streaming device (like Roku, Fire Stick, or Apple TV), or just an app. The answer is you can use any or all of the above. Each ones comes with its own strengths and weaknesses. We have a complete guide for you right here
  • Which streaming services have the channels and shows I currently watch on cable?
    The truth is you won't have to sacrifice anything by streaming. Live TV, Sports are all part of most streaming subscriptions. 
  • What does the circle spinning in the middle of my TV mean?This usually means that you have a connection issue. If it is a short term issue, it may just be the TV buffering the app. It does this so the app will deliver your content smoothly. If it does this often, it may indicate your network connection needs to be improved. If it remains spinning, it could me that your internet provider is having an interruption or there is an internal issue with your network.
  • We were watching a show then we got a message from Netflix telling us to restart. This happens from time to time and it usually is on the platform. Just restart and you should be fine.
